岗位：Logistics Operator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute daily logistics operations, including order processing, shipping arrangements, and delivery tracking.
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs department, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and update shipment status, solve in-transit issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
Support process improvement initiatives in logistics operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain (cross-border logistics is a plus).
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.

岗位：Accountant Assistant

Responsibilities:

Support the finance team in daily bookkeeping and data entry.
Assist with invoice processing, payments, and expense tracking.
Maintain financial records and filing systems.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments on payment-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with financial software, especially proficient in Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.

岗位：Warehouse Manager (Night Shift)

Working Hours: Night Shift (12PM-8PM )

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the night shift warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Ensure accurate inventory control and timely system updates.
Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Enforce safety regulations and cleanliness in the warehouse.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams and drivers to ensure delivery accuracy.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Ability to manage a team under night shift conditions.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to assist with warehouse activities if necessary.

岗位：Logistics Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses
Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets
Nurture new sales leads to secure business
Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with us.
Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.

Requirements:

Knowledge: Must have good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques. With industry knowledge and 2-3+ years of domestic logistics experience
Having a proven record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of logistics products and services.
Interpersonal skills: Networking and relationship building are vital to getting referrals and successfully closing sales. Hence to succeed as a logistics sales executive, must be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients
Computer skills: Have basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Willing to learn new programs and logistics applications
Communication skill: Whether it is via email, phone, or face-to-face is crucial in making a sale. applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills to convey information on the Easy2Go’s Logistics solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed
Time management and ability to multitask: Applicants must be able to schedule their daily activities, including customer visits in an optimal manner. Be skilled in handling multiple tasks, such as making phone calls and sending emails or instant messages to co-workers simultaneously.
Team player: Logistics sales executives can work and contribute in a team oriented environment
Negotiation skills: Logistics sales executives are responsible for giving quotes to clients, as well as negotiating with shippers and carriers. Therefore, it is essential that influence clients taking a position that confers maximum benefit to the company.
