This is a dynamic role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to lead all aspects of logistics marketing for the E2G brand. You will manage marketing efforts across internal teams and external partners to drive brand success in the Irish market and beyond. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in a variety of marketing strategies, including LinkedIn operations and understanding the language of Irish B2B marketing.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure the business exceeds its strategic growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the E2G brand’s marketing efforts across multiple channels, including digital, content, and partnership marketing
Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies tailored to the Irish market
Craft and implement marketing strategies that reflect best practices in large-scale corporate branding and local promotion
Foster relationships with internal and external partners at all levels
Ensure campaigns remain within budget and meet deadlines

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Irish B2B sector
Proven experience with automated marketing tools and ERP systems
Expertise in LinkedIn operations and digital marketing strategies tailored to the Irish market
Strong understanding of corporate branding techniques for larger companies
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive innovative initiatives
Strong negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
Team player with adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
